The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were noisy due to the wall-mounted HVAC unit and facing a busy street, it did set the tone for a fabulous weekend. However, not being at the back of the hotel led to some noise from the big air conditioning extractors. The service was exceptional, particularly in response to complaints and for business travelers. The location was great and walkable to various attractions but had some issues with homelessness in the area. The dining experience had both terrible and good aspects, and facilities were decent overall.
